2025-26 Curriculum Timeline

All ACC meetings are at 4 p.m. on Tuesdays in OM 340 (Board of Trustees room).

Executive Committee of the ACC: Meetings take place on alternate Tuesdays and are held at 4 p.m.

Important notes on curriculum processes

• To Recorders of College Curriculum Minutes: An electronic copy of the minutes of College Curriculum and Standing Committees are due to the Catalog and Curriculum Specialist by the date indicated in the "Minutes deadline" column prior to each ACC meeting for review and inclusion with finalized agendas. • Curricular items will be added to the ACC agenda when they are reported in curriculum minutes. Expedited review of proposals (temporary course, course modality, etc.) with approaching registration dates may be requested in advance of submission of curriculum minutes by sending email notification to the Catalog and Curriculum Specialist and ACC Chair.
• Departments, programs, and colleges should be mindful of the time required for all curricular approval steps, including committees conducting secondary review, such as the Graduate School Curriculum Committee, CUE, and TCCC.
