Access Assignments

The new Assignments module provides access to all current and former instructional assignments – including course details, class / CRN specific details, class meeting location, enrollment counts, etc. 

Active Assignments

Displays assignment details for all teaching assignments within the past 2 academic years. Details include: 

  • Associated term
  • CRN
  • Status
  • Schedule type
  • Instructional method
  • Campus
  • Available for Registration
  • Credits
  • Link to Roster or Class List module
  • Details schedule link
  • Grade mode
  • Course level

Clicking on the CRN will bring up class specific information and clicking on the Course Header will bring up Course details.

Provides a detailed list of all prior teaching assignments. Includes links to course and CRN details. 

Banner 8 Modules

All Banner 8 modules remain available from the Banner 8 Faculty Services Web4U landing page. The Registrar's Office will inform students, staff, and faculty prior to removal.

Title: Provides a clickable link for the course. This link contains detailed information such as:

  • Course Description - Detailed course information provided by the department including section information.
  • Prerequisites - All prerequisites are listed.
  • Detailed Prerequisites - Additional prerequisite information such as necessary test scores.
  • Fees - Additional fees associated with the course. Fees may be noted as a flat fee or an amount per credit.
  • Restrictions - Restrictions may include campus, student class level or status, and more. See detailed information on the Student Registration page.
  • Attributes - Provides information such as method of course delivery. For a detailed listing of course attributes, see the Course Information page.
  • Corequisites - Lists courses that must be taken concurrently with this class.
  • Catalog - Listing of the course as displayed on the WWU Catalog.

Clicking on the Class list link below Roster will take the user to the new class list CRN selection page.

Assignments FAQ

The active assignments tab displays assignments dating back 2 years. The Assignment History tab displays assignments dating back indefinitely.
