Curriculog is a web-based curriculum management software Western implemented in 2017. Fall 2021 will start the fifth academic year Western has used this software for course, program and other curriculum-related changes to the University Catalog. Only Western faculty and staff have access to our Curriculog site.

Fall 2022/Winter 2023 Trainings
Curriculog trainings will be offered during fall quarter 2022/winter quarter 2023 and hosted by Jamie Lawson of the Registrar's Office. Training dates will be announced prior to the start of fall quarter. Select "Training sign up" and submit the form.
The 2023-24 approval processes will be activated in June 2022. These processes will be used for approvals to the 2023-24 University Catalog.
Winter 2022 training dates added: Curriculog training dates are added for winter quarter. Trainings will be available face to face in HH 101 and online (Teams). Dates are available on the training sign-up form.
Fall training dates added: Curriculog training dates are added for fall quarter. Trainings will be available face to face in HH 101 and remote (Teams). Dates are available on the training sign-up form.
2021-22 Curriculum Timeline: Approval dates, meeting dates and deadlines for the 2021-22 academic year are now available on the Curriculum Timeline web page.
A number of updates to our approval process will occur, including:
- Import required for all revision and cancellation processes.
- Temporary course modality approval process (permanent modality option in course revision process is in moratorium).
- Large-scale changes process and guidance.
More training dates added: Curriculog training dates are added for December and January. Trainings will focus on proposals that are in progress with curriculum deadlines approaching. General trainings are also available if needed.
User interface. The new user interface impacts all Curriculog users. All approval processes are updated with new UI functionality.
Curriculog Team: A Curriculog team has been created in Microsoft Teams. This team is for everything Curriculog that may come up during the curriculum approval cycle. Contact Jamie Lawson to be added to the team.
An updated Canvas course is in process and training materials will move from Curriculog. Select Enroll to self enroll and access training materials.

Large-Scale Curriculum Changes
Use the following streamlined approach for large-scale curriculum changes:
2. Generate an impact report in Curriculog (must be signed into Curriculog to access link).
- Log into Curriculog and select Reports in the top menu; select Impact Report and follow the instructions in the right panel; select 2022-2023 Working Catalog as the external system. A report will be sent in Outlook.
