Web4U Registration System Issues

This page highlights known issues that have been brought to our attention regarding the Web4U registration system. Below are known issues and potential fixes for them.

For any issues not listed, you should first try a new maximized incognito/private browser window. This will ensure cookies or cache do not play a role in case you encounter an error. It is also recommended to allow pop-ups in Web4U pages.

Email the Registrar's Office at Registrar.Office@wwu.edu with any issues that are not fixed via the solutions below. Please include a screenshot of what you encounter so that we can better assist you.

Certain Fields Disappear in Browse Classes

If you are unable to view specific Browse Classes fields, you need to clear your browser cache/cookies or open an incognito window to have the fields reset.

Student Summary Pane Disappears in Register for Classes

If you are not seeing the summary pane, maximize your window screen followed by a hard refresh Ctrl + F5 (Windows users) or Cmd + Shift + R (MacOS users). This error happens when a student adjusts the screen size past a certain point. 

Browser Displays a Different Language

Your browser should be set to US English. How to do this will vary based on your browser. Adjusting this allows you to view the Web4U information as intended.
