25Live Room Scheduling

25Live is a web-based scheduling and event publishing system. The software provides a centralized scheduling system and data repository for events held at Western Washington University. It also allows individual scheduling departments to accept or decline reservation requests according to their established policies and procedures.

25Live allows Western Washington University faculty and staff to search for and request event spaces for classrooms and computer labs. Users now can search for a location by its name or alias (e.g. MH 131); “star” favorite events and locations; and check the status of any submitted event online.

Login to 25Live

Employees can log in to 25Live with their WWU username/password. 25Live is best used with Chrome or Firefox browsers and not Internet Explorer.
