Friday, May 31 - Pride Celebration & Lavender Graduation 

Western’s Pride Celebration includes a celebration of LGBTQ+ graduates on Friday, May 31 from 4:00 to 7:00pm on Flag Plaza.

Rainbow cords! Register to have your name read out on stage. Cords also available at the LGBTQ+ Western office in the Multicultural Center after Lavender Graduation.

Early June - Blue Resource Center – Cords  

Celebrating graduating students who are undocumented, DACA-mented, and from mixed status families! Cords available during the Blue Resource Center celebration for graduates happening the first week of June. Learn more on Instagram or email mss.brc@wwu.edu. You can also visit the BRC office in VU 721 to pick up a cord.

Monday, June 10 - Ethnic Student Center Graduation  

Celebrating graduates who have been a part of ESC Clubs and programs. Monday, June 10 from 4:00 to 6:00pm in PAC Plaza. ESC Cords and alumni pins for graduating students. 

Tuesday, June 11 - Disability Affinity Graduation and End of Year Celebration

Join us for the Disability Access Center (DAC) and Disability Outreach Center (DOC) Disability Affinity Graduation and End of Year Celebration celebrating disabled, neurodivergent, and Deaf and Hard of Hearing graduating students on Tuesday, June 11 at 4:00 PM in the Disability Outreach Center (Wilson Library 165). Please register and email Axel.Cichocki@wwu.edu to request a disability-affinity cord and for disability accommodation(s). 

Thursday, June 13 - Sankofa Celebration: Black Student Coalition Graduation 

Celebrating graduating Black, African-American, and African Diaspora students. Thursday, June 13 from 6:30 to 8:30pm on PAC Plaza.

Registration preferred. Kente Cloth Stoles for all graduates, cords for graduating student staff members and BSC Club leaders.
